At MoniPulls, we believe in full transparency about what you purchase. This page summarizes our product disclosure standards applied to every item on monipulls.com.

The Three Elements of Product Disclosure

Every MoniPulls product listing includes these three core elements:

1. Product Name

Every product has a clear, accurate title that describes exactly what is being sold. We use the format:

MoniPulls + Product Type + Series/Tier + Japanese TCG

We do NOT use misleading terms like "official," "guaranteed [card name]," or imply publisher affiliation.

2. Product Images

All product photos show our actual MoniPulls packaging and products. For Live Pull items:

  • Images primarily show packaging (collector box, folder)
  • Any card images are marked as "example / contents vary"
  • No specific card is implied as guaranteed

3. Product Details

Every product description includes:

  • Complete contents list
  • Randomization notice (for Live Pull products)
  • Shipping and fulfillment timeline
  • Product disclosure summary box
  • IP disclaimer

Live Pull Products — Additional Disclosures

Randomized Contents Notice

All MoniPulls Live Pull products contain randomized collectible trading card contents. When you purchase a Live Pull:

  • A sealed Japanese TCG product is opened during a live stream
  • The specific cards, rarities, and conditions are determined at opening time
  • No particular card, rarity, or outcome is guaranteed
  • MoniPulls does not guarantee grading outcomes or future market value
  • Refunds based on pull results are not available

Packaging Products — Additional Disclosures

MoniPulls collector packaging products (Celestial Collector Box, Premium Redemption Folder) are:

  • MoniPulls-branded original designs
  • Sold empty unless bundled with a Live Pull purchase
  • Decorative energy symbols are original design elements, not official IP
  • Gift cards are MoniPulls store credit, valid on monipulls.com only

Authenticity Statement

All trading card products sold by MoniPulls are:

  • Sourced from authorized Japanese distributors
  • Factory sealed at time of purchase
  • Opened live on stream (for Live Pull products) or shipped sealed (for sealed product sales)
  • MoniPulls does not sell counterfeit or reprinted products
