Live Pull Products

Live Pull products involve the live opening of sealed trading card products during a scheduled stream broadcast. By purchasing a Live Pull product, customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • Product contents are randomized and determined at the time of the live opening
  • Specific cards, rarities, conditions, or outcomes are not guaranteed
  • Live Pull products are non-refundable based on opening results or card value
  • MoniPulls will ship all pulled cards in premium collector packaging within 3–5 business days after the live stream
  • Stream schedule, access links, and recording links will be provided via email after purchase
  • Customers who miss the live stream will receive a recording link; shipping is not affected

Collector Packaging Products

MoniPulls collector packaging products — including the Celestial Collector Box, Premium Redemption Folder, Product Redemption Card, and Premium Gift Card — are original MoniPulls designs and branding.

  • Decorative design elements are original artwork inspired by trading card culture
  • These designs are not official intellectual property of any trading card game publisher
  • Gift cards are MoniPulls store credit, redeemable on monipulls.com only
  • Empty packaging products do not include trading cards unless purchased as part of a Live Pull bundle
