MoniPulls serves both TikTok Shop customers and live stream pull customers. Your shipping method depends on where and how you purchased. Please read the section that applies to you.
Path 1 — TikTok Shop Orders (US Warehouse)
Order on TikTok Shop
You purchase a MoniPulls product directly through our TikTok Shop. Your order is linked to your TikTok account and order number.
Shipped from US Warehouse
Eligible TikTok Shop products are pre-fulfilled from our US warehouse. We ship the corresponding physical product first — meeting TikTok Shop delivery time requirements for US customers.
Delivery Tracking
Tracking information is provided through TikTok Shop and/or email. Delivery times follow TikTok Shop platform standards for domestic US shipping.
What TikTok Shop customers receive
- The physical product listed on TikTok Shop (sealed packs, boxes, or collector packaging as described in the listing)
- Shipped from our United States warehouse
- Packaging designed for safe delivery and collector presentation
- Compliance with TikTok Shop shipping and delivery policies
Path 2 — Live Stream Pull Orders (Direct Mail)
Purchase During Live Stream
You buy a Live Pull product during our TikTok (or other platform) live stream, or via monipulls.com linked to your stream order.
Opened Live On Stream
Your product is opened live during the broadcast. All cards pulled are sleeved and prepared for shipping.
Direct Mail to You
Cards opened during the live stream are placed in MoniPulls premium collector packaging and sent via direct international mail to your address — separate from US warehouse TikTok Shop inventory.
What Live Pull customers receive

TikTok Shop orders ship from our US warehouse. Processing typically begins within 1–2 business days. Delivery times follow TikTok Shop platform requirements for your region.
I bought during a live stream — is that the same as TikTok Shop?
No. Live Pull orders are fulfilled separately. Your cards are opened on stream and mailed directly to you after the broadcast — they do not ship from the US warehouse TikTok Shop inventory.
Can I get my live pull shipped from the US warehouse?
Live Pull products involve live opening and are fulfilled via direct mail with collector packaging. TikTok Shop listings for sealed products use US warehouse fulfillment.
What if I have both types of orders?
Each order is fulfilled independently according to its purchase channel. You may receive separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
